Each piece we receive undergoes a meticulous individual testing process, making it impractical for us to handle extremely small items. Therefore, we are unable to process items like individual links from chains, standalone clasps, or short segments of delicate chains that weigh less than 0.5 grams. Such items will not be included in the valuation. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to maintain the highest standards of accuracy and efficiency in our evaluation process.

It's important to be aware that during the testing of your items, we deduct the weight of non-precious materials, including spring steel found in hinges and clasps, any substantial decorative enameling, and gemstones, from the total weight of your items. Please note that we do not purchase costume jewellery or plated items. Our focus is on providing accurate assessments and fair compensation for the precious metal content of your jewellery.
